Inked Library Policies
All deposits are nonrefundable, please be sure to thoroughly read through the directions when booking your appointment and have the proper artist selected as well as date and time. Deposits are $200 for tattoo appointments. Deposits go towards the final cost of your tattoo and secure your space with your artist.

Reschedule Policy :
You are able to reschedule your appointment one time and you need to give at least 72 hours notice. If you reschedule more than once or without proper notice it will result in a loss of deposit and you will be required to leave a new one if you wish to keep your appointment or place a new one.
Late Policy :
If you are running late to your appointment please call the shop and let the receptionist know. If you are 15 minutes late or more it will result in a cancellation and loss of deposit. Please plan accordingly.
Art and Sketches Policy:
Every piece of art is made and created with meticulous attention to detail. Artwork is created in a timely manner in accordance to the Artists schedule. Art will be available for review at the time of your session. Revisions and adjustments will be made as needed at the time of your session. Artwork may be available for review prior to your appointment if time allows, but not always a guarantee.
Minors in the Shop :
It is against NJ State law to tattoo anyone under the age of 18, even with the signature of a guardian. Minors are allowed only in our front seating area, however they must be accompanied by an adult at all times. You cannot leave your child alone in the Library if you are being tattooed and they are not permitted in the tattoo area, even with an adult.

Pricing:
The final cost of tattoos is always determined by the final size, design, and placement of the tattoo. Here are some average price ranges to help give you an idea of what your tattoo may cost (however it is subject to change and varies on the artist):
*Multiple tattoos in one session are generally priced individually
*Available pieces are not priced by the hourly rate, but as an individual art piece. Once a pice has been claimed and deposit placed, the sale is FINAL and deposit is non refundable or transferrable to a different session or piece. This also applies to slot hold for blind projects.
Consultations / Tattoo Requests :
All consultations are done online through email or text. When you submit your tattoo request form a response is not guaranteed and response time may vary depending on the selected artist. Cover-up tattoos, difficult placements, and larger or more intricate tattoos require a request form before booking. If you are looking to get something simple like a word, flash piece, or small design, you are okay to book an appointment without having done a consultation.
Accepted Payments :
We now accept Klarna, Afterpay, cards, zelle, venmo, and cash payments. For card payments there is a 3.5% fee.
Walk-ins :
We do accept walk-ins, however, the space is limited. We strongly suggest calling the shop to confirm availability for the day.
Group Appointment Booking :
If you are trying to get matching tattoos or have a group of 2 or more looking to be tattooed, book separate appointments back-to-back with the same artist or same time with different artists. This way we have each person's information in our system and you will each have your own deposit.
Bringing Friends :
We prefer to limit how many people are in the tattooing space and at each tattooing station because of sanitation and space limitations. Because of this, we ask that any friends and family who aren’t being tattooed stay in the Library area and those who are waiting their turn to be tattooed wait in the tattoo waiting area.
Piercings :
We don’t do piercings at this time.
Is the deposit refundable?
No, our deposit is not refundable but can be applied to a reschedule with no less than 72 hours notice. If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours of the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and another will be required to rebook.

Where to park?
We do not have a parking lot but there is plenty of street parking in the surrounding area.
